Description:
Come Restore Peace in Crisis with our dynamic and hard working team! At Dreyer's, we believe we exist to Restore Properties and Restore Property Owners Peace of Mind.
This position is responsible for Restoring Properties effectively according to IICRC guidelines. This position accomplishes this through Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, and Fire/Structure cleaning commercial and residential properties.
This position handles water extraction, containment setup and breakdown, demolition, cleaning, moving in/out of contents on all mold, water, fire and smoke damage claims. This position is also expected to be able to set up and monitor the appropriate equipment to complete the project. Experience highly preferred.
Compensation: This job averages 8-10 hours of overtime per week. There are also bonuses, commissions and incentives!

  • Ability to attain certain licenses that may be required for this role after hire
  • Ability to represent Dreyer's DKI positively and professionally with customers and the community
  • Previous restoration or construction industry experience preferred, but not necessarily required

Essential Functions:
  • Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
  • Respond to emergency calls and available for on-call work
  • Perform demolition work after water/flood, fire, mold or storm damage
  • Removes carpet, carpet pads, drywall and insulation as necessary
  • Hauls debris from job sites
  • Moves customer contents from work areas as necessary
  • Maintains deadlines for content and cleaning projects
  • Assesses damage at the clients property and attends to it
  • Sets up and monitors equipment
  • Follows established safety guidelines and protocols
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
