Job description

The opportunity
Unity is shaping the future of how game developers understand and grow their player base. As a Senior Product Manager for Ads Measurement, you'll sit at the center of how Unity helps developers make smarter, data-driven decisions about their games and advertising strategies.

In this role, you'll own a high-impact portfolio of measurement initiatives - including a key partnership that's helping us build out new core capabilities within the Unity Ads Measurement space. You'll work across Unity's Data Developer Framework, recommendation engines, and customer-facing measurement tooling to ensure developers have the insights they need to thrive.

We're looking for a strong PM who can take full ownership of a complex measurement domain, earn trust quickly with both technical and business stakeholders, and drive meaningful impact from day one. If you're passionate about data, developer experience, and the intersection of ads and measurement, this is your role.

What you'll be doing

  • Help build the product strategy and roadmap for Unity Ads Measurement, aligning closely with Unity's broader platform and data infrastructure goals
  • Drive a key external partnership, owning the integration and relationship that helps power Unity's ads engine
  • Define and track metrics that demonstrate real value for developers, including integration adoption, data quality, and downstream impact on monetization outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and business development teams to ship cohesive, high-quality measurement experiences
  • Champion the developer perspective by gathering feedback, synthesizing insights, and translating them into product decisions that solve real problems

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record shipping complex, data-intensive products at scale - ideally in ads, analytics, measurement, or adjacent domains
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decisions; able to define, instrument, and track the metrics that matter
  • Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and developer-facing tooling - you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand how everything fits together
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple workstreams, and prioritize ruthlessly
  • Based in North America; Pacific time zone strongly preferred

You might also have

  • Experience with digital advertising ecosystems, ad measurement, or attribution
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and how developers use data to optimize game and ad performance
  • Experience in mobile gaming or game development tooling
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate your work and improve team productivity

Additional information

  • Relocation support is not available for this position
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
