• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to craft individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, engaging with psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate treatment efforts.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with developments in mental health research and best practices.

You will predominantly work with clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our focus is on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental healthcare, making your role crucial in fostering greater mental health support in the community.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in the mental health field.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a broad spectrum of clients.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software to manage documentation and billing effectively.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment will set candidates apart.
• A proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team and adapt to evolving therapeutic methodologies.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
