Customer Service Rep III - Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, is responsible for the Bulk Sales Program. The CSR III keeps customer and shipping files and submits a weekly report analyzing CSR III activity.
Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The pay rate is $21.54 per hour.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide required agreements and documentation to new International and Domestic customers, including; bulk agreements, United Parcel Service (UPS) waiver forms, and updated price lists.
  • Respond to inquiries concerning bulk sales procedures over the phone and through email.
  • Send correspondence to existing customers notifying them of new, upcoming products.
  • Work closely with the BEP Marketing management team to get approval for all bulk sales.
  • Manually enter all bulk sales into BEN Oracle software.
  • Create shipments in UPS and create shipping labels to be used on all bulk packages.
  • Correspond with customers concerning the status of orders and UPS tracking information.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records of all customer profiles and orders.
  • Verify contents of bulk orders and assist in packaging when needed.
  • Perform address verification on all credit cards and manually charge credit cards using a Verifone credit card machine. Monitor wire transfer payments.
  • Contact the UPS and the United States Postal Service concerning misrouted or lost packages.
  • Completes a weekly/monthly report with the status of all orders to BEP Staff.
  • Be familiar with the Currency Reader Program and act as a backup when needed
  • Assists in the Packaging Work Center when needed
  • Ensures the office is kept clean and orderly
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School graduate
  • Minimum of 35 WPM typing skills
  • Must have computer experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A minimum of one-year experience in a related field
  • SUBSTITUTION: An equivalent of education and experience that demonstrates one's general knowledge, reasoning, verbal and numerical skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
