Job description

A-1 UNITED HEATING and AIR, a trusted provider of HVAC services in Omaha, NE, is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team for mid shift. Hours are 12:00 pm- 8:00 pm. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality service. As an HVAC Service Tech, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by delivering expert repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for a variety of HVAC systems. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and solutions
  • Accurately document work performed and maintain service records
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service or a related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA certification required
  • NATE or HVAC Excellence certification is a plus
