Ridgeback Delivery Services is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient last-mile delivery services. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

If you're someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to have you on our team.

No delivery experience is requiredwe provide paid training to help you succeed. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. Commercial, DOT, CDL, or other professional driving experience is a plus but is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers on assigned routes.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
  • Operate company vehicles safely while following all local, state, and federal traffic laws, as well as company safety policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all situations.
  • Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
  • Deliver packages accurately and on time using company-provided technology.
  • Use a smartphone and delivery applications for GPS navigation, package scanning, communication, and timekeeping.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and support staff throughout the day.
  • Work in various weather conditions while safely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds with proper equipment when necessary.
  • Enter and exit the delivery van frequently throughout the workday.
  • Assist teammates by participating in rescue routes when needed to help ensure successful daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (pre-employment marijuana testing is not included)
  • Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • No delivery experience requiredpaid training is provided
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
