Peer Recovery Specialist IHH CCBHC (Full Time)

Community Care Alliance is proud to offer an array of services supporting individuals who are homeless/ unstably-housed and coping with mental health and substance use challenges. Many of these services are part of Serenity, a peer-run recovery center, supporting individuals in all stages of recovery. We are searching for a Peer Recovery Specialist to support this team.

· Must be certified or willing to work towards certification.

· Support clients to build recovery capital, individually and in groups.

· Create opportunities to engage in substance-free social activities.

· Connect clients to Detox and higher levels of care.

· Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrate an understanding of mental health and substance use issues.

· Able to develop treatment plans and use an EHR.
