Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Will Call Counter Associate to join our HVAC warehouse team in Anaheim. This role is a mix of customer service and warehouse operations, supporting both front counter will call pickups and shop product pulling. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Meet, greet, and assist customers at the will call counter

·      Process will call pickups and respond to customer inquiries

·      Place customer orders in the company system and ensure accurate order entry

·      Take customer payments and provide receipts as required

·      Accurately pull, stage, and prepare HVAC products and fabricated materials

·      Verify order accuracy prior to release

·      Coordinate with fabrication and warehouse teams to support timely fulfillment

·      Load customer vehicles as needed

·      Maintain a clean, organized, and safe counter and shop workspace

·      Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, HVAC, or distribution environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills for order lookup and processing
