Job Description:

  • Collaborates with nursing unit leaders and human resources to perform behavior modification duties such as corrective action pathways.
  • Maintains data and metrics of team members, reporting findings to the Regional Program Manager for evaluation.
  • Supports program adjustments based on data and metrics to enhance achievement of individual, departmental, and organizational goals.
  • Functions as an academic liaison to healthcare programs in the community and represents the organization at various events.
  • Guides intentional hiring on nursing units to align with applicant goals and coordinates job shadow and interviews.
  • Assesses nursing unit needs and collaborates with human resources to maintain an optimal pipeline into the nursing workforce.
  • Partners with nursing unit leaders to ensure responsibilities and commitments are met according to organizational standards.
  • Connects with team members regularly through established best practices, including rounding, scheduled check-ins, talent care, and onboarding tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Power Point, and Excel [Required]
