Job description

Our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Pensacola, is seeking RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisors for 3-11 shifts during the week.

The Supervisor job functions are:

  • Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
  • Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
  • Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
  • Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.
  • Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
  • Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Must possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) at time of interview
  • Previous RN (Registered Nurse) experience in Long Term Care is required
  • Previous Long Term Care Supervisory experience is highly preferred
