Job description

This position is directly responsible for the needs of our members in the lobby. The primary responsibility is to use The Member Advantageโ„ข sales and service principles while greeting and serving members, providing "hip-to-hip" service in a consultative manner. Position is an introductory role to Wauna and will consistently refer products and services to members to contribute to attainment of CU goals, but is not required to meet sales goals. Position will assist members with: transactions and questions; deposit and loan accounts and services; escalate complaints, member related concerns, procedural and policy concerns and account problems to the appropriate supervisor or department. This is a non-exempt position.

Requirements
  1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Work Hours: This job can typically be done within a Monday thru Saturday schedule; however, based on events, there will be times when evening and weekend work is required with little or no notice.
