We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our production processes while developing valuable skills in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various equipment, assisting in manufacturing tasks, and supporting maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Operate grinding machines to shape and finish parts according to specifications

- Use wire brushes to clean and prepare parts for further processing

- Move materials and supplies efficiently within the production area

- Assist in the manufacturing of parts, supporting the production team as needed

- Clean parts to maintain quality standards and prepare them for assembly or finishing

- Perform non-production painting tasks to meet project requirements

- Support maintenance activities by assisting with routine tasks and repairs

- Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goals


Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience with grinding and wire brushing equipment is preferred
