Job description

Overview

Travel: Daily out of town and overnights required. Lodging and meals provided.

Shifts: Extensive pharmacy remodels require night shifts (8pm-5am). All maintenance projects and non-evasive remodels will be performed during day shift hours.

  

Scope of Responsibilities:  Works independently with minimum supervision.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals

 

Job Summary: Perform construction and common labor duties necessary to remodel current store sites and/ perform general maintenance, oversee subcontractors when necessary

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Installation of gondolas and store fixtures
  • Rough and finish Carpentry work
  • Installation of carpeting and floor tiles
  • Perform Minor plumbing repairs
  • Painting
  • Sheetrock installation
  • Electrical work including installation of outlets and lighting fixtures
  • Responsible for uploading receipts into Concur daily and submitting end of the month expense report for approval
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 

  • Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug Test
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

Compensation:

$21.00-$24.00 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
