Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
  • Perform foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing fixtures
  • Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
  • Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks
  • Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote efficiency and safety
Experience
