We are seeking a reliable hard-working Laborer to perform general construction labor.

Schedule Hours:

Monday-Friday (8 hours a day)

Job Duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform general construction labor including digging, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup
  • Load, unload, move, and distribute construction materials and equipment
  • Assist with concrete work including forming, pouring, finishing, and patching
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively
  • Assist skilled tradespeople and contractors as needed on construction projects
  • Perform demolition and debris removal activities
  • Install and remove temporary barriers, signage, and traffic control devices
  • Support excavation, utility, roadway, and environmental remediation work
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and union work rules
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
  • Attend required safety meetings and union training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the laborer classification
