Position Overview IDOC is looking to hire an Office Associate to keyboard a variety of reports, forms, correspondence, and other documents. In addition, this position will also serve as a receptionist, a monthly report coordinator, clerical support and maintain hostage photographs and fingerprint cards for all employees. Essential Functions Keyboards a variety of reports, forms, correspondence, and various other documents. Serves as a receptionist. Serves as monthly report coordinator. Serves as clerical support and assists Administrative Office Staff. Maintains hostage photographs and fingerprint cards for all employees. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two (2) years of office experience. Requires ability to keyboard accurately 45 words per minute. Conditions of Employment Requires ability to pass the IDOC/IDJJ background check. Requires ability to pass a drug screen. Required to use digital technology, tools, platforms, and processes in managing and supporting various digital enhancements for greater efficiency, productivity, and digital transformation efforts within the department.
