The Role
We're looking for a Union Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the work, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
You'll be responsible for running crews, coordinating work in the field, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and above standard.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise carpentry crews on active job sites
  • Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules
  • Oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep work moving
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with jobsite standards
  • Maintain quality control and hold crews accountable for workmanship

  • Strong experience in metal stud framing and drywall systems
