  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Oversee construction activities, subcontractors, and union labor crews across active job sites
  • Coordinate daily field operations between office staff, project teams and municipal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary field leader, resolving issues quickly while maintaining productivity and safety
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and contract compliance
  • Drive team performance by motivating field personnel and fostering accountability
  • Utilize construction software and project management tools to track project progress and reporting

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of construction management or superintendent experience preferred (flexible for highly qualified candidates)
  • Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Municipal or public works construction experience is required
  • Experience working with union labor is required
  • Experience with streetlight, utility, electrical, or light pole infrastructure projects is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors
  • Experience managing project budgets and schedules

Benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Company-funded Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, Wellness Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts
  • (FSA), and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance, and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Commuter and Parking Benefits and Monthly travel stipend
  • Unlimited Flextime Off for exempt employees
  • Paid Sick Time & Paid Holidays

If you're an experienced construction leader who enjoys managing complex municipal infrastructure projects and wants the opportunity to lead a landmark program with long-term growth potential, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
