Position: Project Manager

Location: Erlanger, KY

$40-60 Hourly Based On Experience

Travel: 50% Travel required (All Expenses Paid)

Must Haves:

  • 1-5 years of Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or related experience.
  • Experience using AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and creating or modifying low-level designs and 2D models.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and construction plans.
  • Prior onsite project experience supporting installations, facility improvements, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Day to Day

We are seeking a Project Manager – Engineering & Infrastructure to support the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and facility-related projects across multiple locations. This individual will oversee installations, office modifications, equipment implementations, and various operational improvement initiatives while serving as the primary liaison between vendors, field teams, and leadership stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with engineering, construction, or infrastructure experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate infrastructure, engineering, and facility-related projects from initiation through completion.
  • Oversee the implementation and installation of equipment, including scaling/weighing systems, material handling equipment, furniture installations, and office modifications.
  • Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and review low-level designs and 2D models using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate project activities among contractors, vendors, installers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and milestones.
  • Provide regular project updates and communicate status, risks, and progress to leadership teams.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage small project teams and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Support operational improvement initiatives and facility expansion or modification projects.
