Union Labor Foreman - Heavy Civil Construction

Trumbull-Brayman Joint Venture Montgomery Lock & Dam Project - Monaca, PA

Trumbull Corporation is seeking an experienced Union Labor Foreman to join our team on the Montgomery Lock & Dam Project in Monaca, Pennsylvania, a major U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) infrastructure project with an estimated 8-year duration.

This is a long-term, full-time leadership opportunity on a large-scale heavy civil project involving structural concrete, dam and lock rehabilitation, and complex infrastructure construction. The Labor Foreman will supervise construction labor crews and coordinate daily field operations while supporting multiple trades across a wide range of construction activities.

This position offers stable, long-term work on a high-profile federal infrastructure project.

Schedule & Compensation

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday - approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime available based on project demands and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

This is a union position, and the successful candidate will become a member of the applicable Labors Union Local.

Key Responsibilities

The Labor Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating field crews performing heavy civil construction activities while maintaining safe, productive, and organized operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising labor crews supporting heavy civil construction operations
  • Planning and assigning daily work tasks to meet project schedule requirements
  • Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment with project supervision
