Job description

The Director, USDPT Stablecoin is a GM-style leader accountable for building and scaling USDPT into a globally adopted, high-liquidity digital dollar ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end success of USDPT as a business-driving adoption, transaction volume, and revenue-while orchestrating product, liquidity, distribution, and partner strategy. Operating at the intersection of fintech, crypto infrastructure, and global payments, this leader will scale USDPT as a core financial rail powering seamless on/off-ramp experiences, cross-border flows, and institutional-grade treasury operations.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Own USDPT as a business with full P&L accountability, driving growth, adoption, liquidity (TVL), and profitability.
  • Scale agent and partner ecosystems, enabling seamless cash-in/out, settlement, and global distribution.
  • Build and optimize on/off-ramp and payout infrastructure for speed, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Lead liquidity strategy and treasury operations, including reserves management and capital allocation.
  • Define pricing, incentives, and commercial models to accelerate usage and retention.
  • Structure and manage partnerships with banks, liquidity providers, exchanges, and payment platforms.
  • Drive global expansion through market prioritization, go-to-market execution, and regulatory alignment.
  • Own product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features that unlock scale and new use cases.
  • Ensure operational excellence across settlement, reconciliation, and risk management.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize performance, liquidity health, and user growth.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across payments, remittances, payroll, and emerging financial use cases.

Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services, operating in high-growth, global environments
  • Direct experience with stablecoins or crypto infrastructure (required), including settlement, custody, or token flows
  • Proven track record scaling products with real transaction volume and measurable adoption
  • Strong understanding of liquidity, treasury operations, and fiat ↔ crypto on/off-ramps
  • Hands-on experience working with exchanges and OTC desks, including liquidity sourcing and execution
  • Deep knowledge of global payments and cross-border flows, including FX and settlement rails
  • Background in treasury, liquidity, or market structure within financial or digital asset ecosystems
  • GM mindset with ownership of P&L, growth, and end-to-end business outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, incentives, and partnership structuring
  • Deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems, including stablecoins and regulatory considerations
  • Ability to operate effectively across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Salary
The base salary range is $215,000 - $245,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
