Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel
Location: Fairmont, WV
Pay: $2,490.48 weekly
Shifts: 3 nights per week, 1900-0730 Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Fairmont, WV. This role requires working in an Acute Care setting, specifically in the Stepdown/Med Surg unit, with a focus on handling respiratory issues, AKI, and chest pain. The candidate will work alongside a supportive team, including nurse aids and a house supervisor.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Provide nursing care for patients with respiratory issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, and chest pain
  • Titrate drips such as Heparin, insulin, Cardizem, and aminodarone
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team including monitoring by monitor techs
  • Utilize RT equipment including Cpap, BiPap, and high flow oxygen devices
  • Adhere to a 3 weekend shifts per 4 weeks schedule for coverage
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Active RN License
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience in Stepdown settings
  • Ability to read telemetry strips
  • Must submit a copy of an unexpired driver's license
