Essential Functions:  
Performs a wide range of CAD design assignments in support of the hardware engineering organization including the editing of models and/or drawing, notes provided by engineering. Assures design documentation complies with the program requirements, organization's processes and industry standards. Prepares accurate drawings and schematics with proper tolerances, dimensions and instructions, with oversight from senior designers.
Create and edit accurate and complete piece part/assembly designs and associated drawings utilizing Creo MCAD application
   Provide CAD support (Creo) throughout the product development process
   Create and edit parts lists and Bill of Materials utilizing Agile PDM
   Generate and/or modify product's models, drawings and documentation
   Support the control of mechanical digital data files and drawings
   Prepare and incorporate engineering change orders
   Input data and assure hardware structures are accurate in a Product Data Management tool
   Support resolution of problems/issues in CAD design/drawings and provide

Qualifications: 
   Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
   TS/SCI cleared with favorable polygraph

Preferred Additional Skills: 
   Experience with Creo revision 4 or higher to create engineering designs and associated drawings
   Familiarity with ASME Y100 Standards
   Experience with ASME Y14.5 GD&T
   Familiarity with Agile PDM
   Familiarity with machining processes and operations
   GDT Professional Senior certification
