This role is fully remote, allowing you to manage your schedule while creating a conducive environment for patient interaction. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team structure where communication is prioritized. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will have the ability to conduct therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in patient care.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients based on thorough assessments of their mental health needs.
• Monitor the client’s progress, documenting changes in their clinical status and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, promptly identifying risks in the client's environment and implementing strategies to mitigate these concerns.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and resources available within the local community.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to the client’s treatment.
• Facilitate workshops or group therapy sessions to enhance community support and connect individuals facing similar challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed of best practices in mental health counseling and treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population comprising adults and adolescents with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to create a non-judgmental, empathetic environment will be essential in building trust and fostering open communication with clients.

• An independent clinical license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics, demonstrating a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a full caseload effectively while complying with established policies and procedures.

• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environments dealing with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage aggressive or verbally hostile interactions with professionalism and poise.
• A proven record of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy and digital tools used for remote counseling.
