Job description

ZS is a place where passion changes lives. As a management consulting and technology firm focused on improving life and how we live it, we transform ideas into impact by bringing together data, science, technology and human ingenuity to deliver better outcomes for all. Here you'll work side-by-side with a powerful collective of thinkers and experts shaping life-changing solutions for patients, caregivers and consumers, worldwide. ZSers drive impact by bringing a client-first mentality to each and every engagement. We partner collaboratively with our clients to develop custom solutions and technology products that create value and deliver company results across critical areas of their business. Bring your curiosity for learning, bold ideas, courage and passion to drive life-changing impact to ZS.
About ZAIDYN
ZAIDYN by ZS is a B2B SaaS, agentic AI platform for life sciences. A Life Sciences Intelligence Platform (LSIP) trusted by 150+ organizations worldwide to connect commercial, medical, content, and patient data, decisions, and execution. This role sits across two of ZAIDYN's five product lines: you'll own Patient Engagement and Patient Analytics & Insights within ZAIDYN Patient, plus Analytics & Insights within ZAIDYN Commercial, the same governed-data engine, built for two different audiences, unifying patient data on one side and commercial and operational data on the other.
Product Marketing Lead (ZAIDYN Patient and Analytics & Insights)
We're hiring a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to define and scale the story of ZAIDYN Patient and Analytics & Insights, spanning Patient Engagement, Patient Analytics & Insights, and Commercial Analytics & Insights. It's a rare, cross-product mandate: Patient Analytics & Insights and Commercial Analytics & Insights run on the same underlying data unification and governance engine, applied to two different audiences, already helping clients cut patient drop-off by up to 30% on one side, and commercial analytics setup time by 60% on the other. This role owns the narrative for both, plus the patient engagement layer built on top of it, partnering across product, industry marketing, sales, and customer success to shape positioning, launches, and enablement for patient support, patient access, commercial operations, and insights & analytics leaders across pharma, biotech, and medtech.
This is a role for a strategic product marketer who can see the shared architecture underneath two different-looking products and turn that into sharper, more efficient positioning. You'll combine product depth, creative communication, and commercial acumen to make ZAIDYN the category leader in both patient data analytics and commercial analytics, while building Patient Engagement into the definitive way life sciences teams act on that data.
What You'll Do:
Positioning & Narrative
  • Define and refine the ICP, buying committee, and buyer personas, spanning patient support, patient access, and insights & analytics leaders, plus commercial operations and IT leaders.
  • Build one shared positioning architecture for ZAIDYN's data unification and governance and flex it across Patient Analytics & Insights and Commercial Analytics & Insights so proof points and differentiation stay consistent while speaking to each audience's language and stakes.
  • Craft messaging that connects Patient Engagement into the same platform story, so all three solutions read as one coherent narrative rather than three separate pitches.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches
  • Develop GTM strategy and tiered launch plans, with clear success measures, across all three solutions.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation and Customer Success to align commercialization strategy and launch readiness across both product lines.

Sales Enablement & Adoption
  • Develop and drive adoption of high-impact enablement assets: messaging frameworks, case studies, demo flows, and battlecards, etc.
  • Lead enablement sessions for AEs and customer success to build field fluency, including when to cross-sell.
  • Build advocacy programs with client case studies and outcome stories from both the patient and commercial side.

Storytelling & Evangelism
  • Represent the products internally and externally, through presentations, webinars, demos, and executive narratives, educating and inspiring audiences.
  • Ideate, script, and record engaging product demos and videos that showcase how agentic AI turns fragmented data, patient or commercial, into trusted, governed insight.
  • Simplify complex concepts into accessible, memorable stories that inspire belief and adoption.

Customer & Market Intelligence
  • Execute market, buyer, and competitive research across both the patient data and commercial analytics ecosystems to inform GTM priorities.
  • Work on win/loss analysis for all three solutions, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of developments in patient data platforms, commercial analytics, real-world data, and agentic AI, shaping ZAIDYN's differentiation strategy on both fronts.

What you'll bring:
  • 9-11 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or life sciences industry. Ideally experience with enterprise platforms, data/AI-driven products and life sciences technology.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Industry Marketing and Demand generation on launches and growth, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Deep sales enablement expertise, from narrative design to competitive storytelling and commercial acumen.
  • Understanding of AI and agentic AI concepts (predictive analytics, GenAI assistants, etc.) and how to turn them into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills, equally credible in a technical data-architecture conversation and in front of an executive audience.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life through content, video, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative leader with a bias for action and curiosity.

How you'll grow:
  • Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways
  • Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities
  • Internal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansions
