Local Boutique Mortgage Brokerage Seeking an exceptional and committed professional Loan Processor/Office Manager to add to our team! (In-office position)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task throughout the day

Office Management – Compliance, Broker relationships, Communication with all parties, Delegation/Training

Submit, process and close loans according to company guidelines and time frames.

Effective time-management skills

Gather and review documentation for the loan:

Assist loan officers and manager with all functions and details of loans from beginning to end.

Pre-approval documents up front gathering

Collect all required documentation for the loan package

Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department, review guidelines and documentation as needed

Review initial loan approval and work with clients to gather appropriate documentation

Order appraisals, conditions, vom’s credit supps, voe’s

Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter

Communicate with clients, other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies.

Qualifications and skills:

Must have 6 + years in loan processing

Technically savvy and experienced

Proficient in Calyx Point, Excel, Dropbox, Outlook, DocuSign, DU/LP, Online portals

Attention to detail, High energy, Customer service skills, Presentable, Effective written and verbal communication skills, Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow. *Bilingual is a plus*
