We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to support our San Francisco Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the San Francisco Regional Manager and Underwriters on primary construction accounts.
Manage and process documentation for 26 active policies (WC, GL, AL)
Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and certificates of insurance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry in underwriting systems.
Serve as a liaison between underwriters, brokers, and clients to facilitate smooth account management.
Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed for Primary Construction.
Qualifications:
Preferably prior experience in commercial insurance.
Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability policies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills is mandatory.
Knowledge Microsoft Suite.
