Underground Utilities Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven Underground Utilities Project Manager to take ownership of complex civil and utility projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the field, and knows how to keep projects moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Lead all phases of underground utility construction projects
Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Support and drive field execution alongside superintendents
Identify risks early and solve problems before they escalate
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Track performance and communicate progress to leadership
What You Bring
5+ years of project management experience in civil or utility construction
Strong background in wet utilities, electrical, and/or telecom infrastructure
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership presence with clear communication skills
Experience with project management software and reporting tools
