Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans.
  • Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
  • Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
  • Communicating project status to the Director of Construction.
  • Assist construction crew team members with heavy manual tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five plus years of previous experience in construction or other related fields.
  • Must be a licensed underground storage tank A&B Tank Installer in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and/or Arizona.
  • Excavator, loader, skid steer certified.
  • Familiarity with construction management.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent oral/written communications.
  • OSHA Certified Training, 30 HR Occupational Safety and Health Course, Combined space.
  • Excavation, Personal fall protection.
  • 100% travel 2-3 weeks anywhere in our geographic area.
  • Ability to perform a complete fuel installation, installation of underground fuel tank, dispensers, Verifone equipment and program all equipment.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to operate and tend to heavy machinery and heavy equipment.
  • Ability to do some heavy physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Good noncommercial driver’s license history to indicate a habit of safe driving.
  • Deadline and detailed-oriented.
  • Critical thinking skills and team building abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
