Sewer & Drain Installer

Absolute is seeking a Sewer & Drain Installer to join our growing team in the (town) area. In this role, you'll focus on the installation, replacement, and repair of residential sewer and drain systems. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship on underground plumbing projects that keep our customers' homes running safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Install new sewer lines, drain systems, and underground piping for residential properties
  • Perform full system replacements including excavation and backfill
  • Operate or assist with trenching and excavation equipment
  • Ensure proper grading, slope, and alignment of sewer and drain lines
  • Remove and replace damaged, collapsed, or outdated sewer and drain lines
  • Install PVC, HDPE, cast iron, and other piping materials
  • Upgrade existing drainage systems to improve performance and reliability
  • Install cleanouts and access points for future maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on job sites
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Work alongside technicians, operators, and job leads to complete projects efficiently
  • Communicate progress clearly with team and leadership
  • Provide a professional experience when interacting with homeowners onsite
  • Explain installation scope and answer basic customer questions

What You Will Bring

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
  • Previous experience in sewer, drain, or underground plumbing installation preferred
  • Experience with excavation or heavy equipment is a plus
  • Knowledge of pipe installation, grading, and drainage systems
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and perform physical labor
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
