Job description

Our client, a top-tier national CPA firm expanding its high-net-worth tax practice, is looking for a Senior Manager, High Net Worth Tax.

Senior Manager, High Net Worth Tax
Full Time, Direct Hire
Candidate needs to be based in Fort Worth, Greater LA, NYC, Denver, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix areas
Salary + Benefits, commensurate with experience

In this role, the Senior Manager will lead client-facing tax planning and compliance work for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices, with direct partner exposure and a defined path to grow within the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships across individual, trust, estate, gift, and partnership tax matters for UHNW principals and family offices
  • Advise on sophisticated tax planning strategies for clients with $100M+ in net worth
  • Review and oversee complex returns across multiple entity types
  • Partner directly with firm leadership on client strategy and service delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior staff as the practice grows

Requirements:

  • Located in one of the listed metro areas
  • Active CPA
  • 7+ years public accounting tax experience
  • Big 4 experience required (current or prior)
  • Deep experience advising clients and family offices with $100M+ in net worth, spanning individual, trust, estate, gift, and partnership work
