Position Overview
Seiler Consulting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with a strong background in custom luxury residential construction to support execution of a flagship ultra-luxury estate in Miami.
This role is designed for a candidate who:
  • Has seen multiple ground-up projects through full lifecycle delivery
  • Understands the complexity of high-end residential construction
  • Is ready to operate in a ownership-side leadership environment

You will work directly with senior leadership, including the Project Executive, acting as a key contributor in coordinating one of the most technically demanding residential builds in the market.

Advanced Architectural Complexity
  • Large-span operable glass systems (20'+ openings)
  • Curved structural and architectural elements
  • Double-height volumes, bridges, and mezzanines
  • Tolerances tighter than industry standards (<1/16")

Structural Innovation

High-Performance Building Systems

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full lifecycle execution of a ground-up ultra-luxury residential project
  • Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist with budget management, cost tracking, and change orders
  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documents
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress
  • Facilitate communication between ownership and project teams
  • Identify risks and proactively support mitigation strategies
  • Maintain structured documentation and reporting systems

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in construction or project management
  • Strong experience in the Florida market (Miami preferred)
  • Direct experience in custom luxury residential construction
  • Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle ground-up projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination
  • Experience with high-end finishes, systems, and detailing
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and professionalism

  • Technical & Software Skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Procore preferred)
  • Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination workflows

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $140,000
