Job Summary:

They are seeking a Lead Developer UiPath to spearhead the design and development of intelligent automation solutions, leading cross-functional teams and integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the design, development, and governance of intelligent automation solutions at scale.
• Deliver advanced RPA solutions using UiPath, but also shape the automation strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), and SAP.
• Leverage Azure DevOps to drive continuous integration and delivery, while playing a pivotal role in scaling the Intelligent Automation program at VS & Co.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex RPA solutions using UiPath technology, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Oversee the architectural design and delivery of enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability across teams, and adherence to governance frameworks.
• Engage with Senior Business Leaders, Product Owners, and Center of Excellence (CoE’s) Teams to evangelize automation, assess enterprise-wide opportunities, and influence strategic decisions through intelligent automation solutions.
• Lead and grow a high-performing RPA team by providing technical leadership, setting coding standards, facilitating code reviews, and creating development plans to upskill team members.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, into RPA workflows to enhance decision-making and process intelligence.
• Implement SAP automation with interactions with SAP systems, including data extraction, updates, and synchronization, while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Utilize Azure DevOps best practices to establish and maintain an efficient development pipeline, ensuring version control, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to drive the successful implementation of RPA and AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to RPA, AI, Generative AI, Azure DevOps, Process Mining Tools, and SAP.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and deployment processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and solution maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions, leveraging data analytics and insights to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study
• 7 years of experience, including 2 years of experience as a UiPath Lead with hands-on experience designing and implementing complex RPA Solutions
• 4 years of experience with ERP Automation and a solid understanding of ERP modules, data structures, and APIs, including SAP and Oracle EBS
• 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps practices, including version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines
• 5 years of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• 1 year of experience with Celonis, Alterix, Power Automate, and impact analysis
• 5 years of experience with Python, including automation scripting, data processing, and API integrations
• 3 years of experience with AI, including practical experience integrating machine learning models and other AI technologies into automation workflows
• 1 year of experience testing automation using Selenium and Ruby with Cucumber
• 2 years of experience with Cloud Platforms, including Azure, MS Share Point, and Google Cloud Platform
