Buscamos Sr UX & UXP & UI Designer ¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar el diseño de experiencias digitales de principio a fin, asegurando la usabilidad y la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto.

  • Crear wireframes, flujos de usuario y prototipos de alta fidelidad para iterar, probar y validar ideas de manera ágil.

  • Conducir investigación de usuarios (UX Research) para identificar necesidades y traducir los hallazgos en mejoras tangibles de diseño.

  • Desarrollar, escalar y mantener Design Systems para garantizar la consistencia visual y funcional en todas las plataformas.

  • Diseñar interfaces de usuario (UI) atractivas, accesibles y funcionales.

  • Sólidos conocimientos en UX Research, prototipado de alta fidelidad y accesibilidad digital.

  • Experiencia en creación y gestión de Design Systems.

  • Conocimiento básico de HTML/CSS para colaboración con equipos de desarrollo.

  • Cursos o certificaciones en UX, UI, investigación de usuarios o metodologías ágiles (deseable).

  • Inglés Avanzado (obligatorio).
