We are currently looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars, prioritizing meetings, travel, and strategic commitments.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefings, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, including emails, memos, and correspondence.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements.
  • Maintain a calendar of personal events, holidays, milestones, and celebrations.
  • Assist with personal errands, reservations, gifting, and coordination of household- or family-related scheduling.
  • Liaise with personal service providers and vendors as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of high-level support experience working with HNW/UHNW individuals, C-suite executives, founders, or public figures.
  • Demonstrated history of managing complex calendars, communications, and logistics with precision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, scheduling tools, and modern communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting both professional and personal aspects of an executive’s life.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and remain flexible with work hours based on executive needs.
