Machobear Studios is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We are the creators of liv.rent, an all-in-one platform that connects tenants with landlords. In addition to developing and maintaining our platform, we work on a variety of exciting projects for our clients within the real estate and food industries, providing innovative tech solutions that meet their unique needs.
We are seeking a creative and adaptable UGC Content Creator & Channel Coordinator to support a high-profile Seattle real estate project on a contract basis. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to create engaging day-to-day content, experiment with emerging AI workflows, and bring fresh creative ideas to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Capture photo and short-form video content for use across organic and paid social media channels, with a focus on social-first iPhone content; DSLR experience is an added plus.
  • Use AI tools to help create, adapt, and scale content assets, including generative media, video variations, voice/audio assets, captions, and creative iterations.
  • Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Seedance, Kling AI, and Google Gemini Image / Nano Banana where relevant to the workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on overarching social media goals, campaign concepts, content needs, and launch priorities.
  • Bring a strong visual eye to organic content, identifying what feels native to each platform and what has potential to grow reach and engagement.
  • Track social media, marketing, platform, and AI trends to bring fresh ideas into day-to-day content planning and execution.
  • Maintain organized files, content libraries, notes, and production workflows so assets can be easily reviewed, reused, and repurposed by the broader team.
  • Communicate clearly on progress, blockers, timelines, and content needs in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
What You Bring Us
  • Experience creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms, with an understanding of what makes content feel organic, engaging, and platform-native.
  • Proficiency capturing iPhone photo and video content; DSLR camera experience and basic photography knowledge are strong assets.
  • A strong visual eye and interest in growing organic social media channels through content quality, consistency, and trend awareness.
  • Experience using AI organization and workflow tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve planning, organization, ideation, and execution.
  • Experience with AI asset creation tools is an added bonus, including platforms and models such as fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Seedance, Google Gemini Image / Nano Banana, and Kling AI. Or willingness to learn at a fast pace.
  • Basic editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share updates, ask thoughtful questions, and flag blockers early.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to keep assets, timelines, and priorities organized across multiple moving pieces.
  • A problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a role that may evolve quickly as campaign needs, tools, and creative opportunities change.
