Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks.
• Define and enforce automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
• Review automation test scripts and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis.
• Own automation metrics, reporting, and test coverage improvement.
