The Role and What You'll Do:

The Social Media Coordinatoris responsible forday-to-day execution of social media activities across all UFC accounts, creatingtimely,accurate, and relevant content for fight fans before, during, and after UFC events. This position manages the posting process, from concept toapprovaland managestheexecution.

  • Manages creative requests and asset delivery for UFC social media and digital channels.
  • Works with multiple departments and stakeholders to create, copy-edit, and post social media content for UFC's official pages on Facebook, Instagram,X,WhatsApp,and Threads.
  • Edit video content that lives across UFC social platforms.
  • Provides on-siteand remotecoverage of UFCliveevents,using social media toolsto produce content.
  • Maintains social mediacalendarand postingscheduleto maximize impact of posts.
  • Executes Community Management across all social platforms including trackingfan sentiment,identifyingeventpurchasingissues;and managing the UFCsocial inboxes.
  • Provides support for the growth ofemerging social media platforms.
  • Performs other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor'sdegreein a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of experience working with social media for a sports propertypreferred.
  • Adobe Premiere,Adobe Photoshop,and After Effectsproficiencypreferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate video editing for social platformsexperience a plus.
  • Journalism background and MMA/UFC knowledgeispreferred.
  • Social analytic tools experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Excel for creating, editing, andmaintaininganalyticsreports.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysin accordance withUFC's live event schedule
  • Positive attitude andan abilityto handle an intense schedule, fast-paced environment, and off-hoursrequests.
