Position Highlights

• Outpatient‑only primary care serving a diverse community
• Work alongside family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health clinicians in a collaborative team environment
• 8 half‑day clinical sessions weekly (1.0 FTE)
• Monday–Friday schedule, no inpatient work and no weekend clinic
• Protected administrative time
• Medical student teaching optional
• Direct access to leadership and decision‑makers

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a sustainable, patient‑centered practice model. (Foundation salaries use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure.)

• Generous Base Salary
• RVU incentives available across all Foundation roles
• Retirement: 10% non‑elective employer contribution

The minimum base salary range for this position is $290,000.00 - $360,000.00
