Description
Quality Healthcare Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for placement at Monroe Community Hospital located at 435 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620, United States. The pay rate for CNAs ranges from $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality care to residents in accordance with their level of certification.
  • Work under the supervision of the MCH Nurse Manager during the day and the MCH Nursing Supervisor in the evenings and at night.
  • Adhere to training requirements and certifications, including HIPAA, infection control, and other federally-mandated areas.
  • Participate in additional trainings as determined by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Take and record vital signs as instructed by medical staff.
  • Assist in the mobility and transportation of residents.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. 9.Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with a valid license to practice in New York State.
  • Background checks, fingerprinting, and verification with relevant registries and agencies are required.
  • Experience in elder care and familiarity with dementia management is preferred.
