1st Shift- General Production- Eufaula Fresh Plant

This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

SUMMARY:

  • Be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.

  • Be able to stand 8- 10 hours a day on hard surfaces.

  • Able to perform repetitive motion.

  • Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.

  • Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

ATTENTION: These positions may involve the use of a knife and/or scissors to bone out or trim pieces of product, or the use of powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines.
