Johnson-Laux Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our Team in the role of a Project Coordinator/Adminstrative Assistant.
In this role you will wear many hats; Responsibilities will include assisting the Account Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators in the overall administration of projects and day to day office operations. This position requires that the candidate know and understand construction admin functions and terminology. Must be familiar and experienced in document control, project logs and tracking, reporting progress to client, drafting meeting minutes, distribution of documents, typing, phone calls, mailings, filing, phone and email correspondence, subcontracts and pay requisition distribution, project accounting, letter writing, bidding and estimating assistance, etc.
