Requirements

What you'll be doing:

Liaison between internal staff and clients 

Processes document requests received via FACS queue, email, phone or verbal from external and internal requestors 

Follow Company, and client specific requirements when processing requests to ensure compliance 

Follows up on document requests with clients 

Processes documents when received including, updating system of record following compliance, Company, and client specific requirements 

Preps documents for scanning and indexing to appropriate account(s) 

Distributes documents to either internal or external requestor 

Responsible for quality control process to ensure correct documents sent to correct party 

Maintains spreadsheets with client contact and availability information 

Updates Connect procedures as necessary 

Understand and adhere to Company information, security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Staff Manual, and client-specific publications.


Skills/Education/Experience To Be Successful:

High school diploma

AA Degree preferred, and/or equivalent experience 

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) 

Fast, accurate typing skills: using the touch typing system is a plus 

Analytical and problem-solving skills 

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

Strong attention to detail 

Interpersonal skills
