Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing reports and forms for submission to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.
  • Learn to operate new technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and other communications, distribute as needed.
  • Professionally engage with coworkers, military personnel, contractors, and government employees.
  • Provide safety briefs to visitors.
  • Maintain office inventory and supplies.
  • Exemplify and promote corporate core values.
  • Adhere to policies, and procedures in the execution of all responsibilities.
  • Must be able to always work effectively with co-workers in a professional manner.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or a related field is a plus!
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. At least 60 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Security Clearance:

  • Position requires a Trusted Agent Security Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13
