Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Node.js. The role involves developing a web-based application, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with team members on architecture and design.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a web-based application using Node.js, JavaScript and Typescript
• Unit test and address defects
• Participate in code review and make improvements based on feedback
• Follow development process as set forth by Technical Lead
• Collaborate with team members on architecture and design
• Participate in meetings as requested
• Communicate roadblocks on a timely basis
• Provide knowledge transfer as requested
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5-7 years of experience in Nodejs, JavaScript, Typescript
• PLSQL knowledge
• Cloud service knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of development methodologies, standards and object-oriented design patterns
• Self-motivated developer who takes ownership of work
• Strong problem solving skills
Preferred:
• GraphQL
• ORM (Sequelize)
• Serverless architecture
