Notre client, une entreprise internationale reconnue dans le domaine de la sante, est a la recherche d'un(e) professionnel(le) passionne(e) pour joindre son equipe.

Vos principales responsabilites

  • Accompagner les patients dans l'utilisation de solutions technologiques liees a la gestion du diabete
  • Assurer un suivi personnalise et repondre aux questions des utilisateurs
  • Former et soutenir les professionnels de la sante dans l'utilisation des differentes solutions offertes (en presentiel et a distance)
  • Collaborer avec les endocrinologues, infirmier(ere)s et dietetistes afin d'optimiser l'experience patient
  • Contribuer a l'adoption des meilleures pratiques en matiere de gestion du diabete
  • Developper et maintenir des relations avec les professionnels de la sante (PS) dans votre territoire assigne
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes afin de definir les priorites liees a la satisfaction des clients
  • Participer aux evenements et congres du secteur, au besoin
  • Effectuer toute autre tache ou responsabilite connexe, au besoin

Profil recherche

  • Baccalaureat en soins infirmiers, en nutrition ou en dietetique
  • Membre en regle de l'OIIQ ou de l'OPDQ
  • Bilingue en francais et en anglais (a l'oral et a l'ecrit)
  • Minimum d'un an d'experience dans une clinique de diabete de type 1 ou dans un role similaire
  • Certification CDE (atout)
  • Excellentes competences en communication et en presentation, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit
  • Capacite a etablir de solides relations avec les clients
  • Esprit critique et axe sur les solutions
  • Solide sens des affaires
  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office 365 et competences informatiques
  • Permis de conduire valide et acces a un vehicule fiable
  • Capacite a se deplacer au sein du territoire assigne

Do you have experience working with individuals living with type 1 diabetes and want to make a meaningful impact on their quality of life?

Our client, an internationally recognized healthcare company, who is looking for a passionate Diabetes professional to join their team as a Clinical Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support patients in the use of technology-based solutions for diabetes management
  • Provide personalized follow-up and respond to user inquiries
  • Train and support healthcare professionals in using the various solutions offered (in person and virtually)
  • Collaborate with endocrinologists, nurses, and dietitians to enhance the patient experience
  • Contribute to the adoption of best practices in diabetes management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs in your assigned territory.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish priorities for customer satisfaction.
  • Attend required industry events, and conferences.
  • May be assigned additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Profile Sought

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, nutrition, or dietetics
  • Member in good standing with the OIIQ or OPDQ
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
    Minimum of one year of experience in a type 1 diabetes clinic or a similar role
  • CDE certification (an asset)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills oral and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Critical Thinker and solutions driven
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 365 and computer literacy
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
