Permanent Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Outpatient Urgent Care | Community-Based Practice | Texas

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a privately owned outpatient clinic in Texas. This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment, manageable patient volumes, and the autonomy of solo practice with strong on-site support.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Specialty: Family Medicine / Urgent Care / Emergency Care
  • Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience Required: 3+ years preferred
  • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Supervising Physician: Solo provider model with collaborative feedback encouraged

Practice Environment Setting: Outpatient clinic only

Patient Population: Community-based, family-oriented

Age Range Treated: All ages (6 months and older)

Average Daily Volume: 25–35 patients per day

Exam Rooms: 5

EMR: AdvanceMD

Support Staff: Front Desk Receptionist Medical Assistant

Work Style: Independent provider with collaborative culture
