About the Client:
Langhorne Concrete is a growing concrete contractor based in Marshall, VA, delivering major commercial, government, and K-12 projects across the DMV.
Despite winning increasingly large projects, the company has maintained a non-corporate, family-oriented culture where people have autonomy, relationships matter, and everyone is invested in the success of the business. This is a key leadership hire as the company continues to grow, giving the CEO the opportunity to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on strategic growth and winning new business.
For the right person, there is significant upward mobility and the opportunity to have a genuine impact on the direction of a growing company. And yes, there is even an office dog.
About the Role:
Langhorne Concrete is looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business, lead the Project Management team, and oversee a portfolio of concrete projects across the DMV.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being close to the projects and the people while also thinking strategically about how to improve operations and support continued growth.
