Global Social Media Coordinator
The company's social channels span across numerous platforms and services to support players all across the globe. They are the primary method of communication with our highly-engaged players, supporting product releases, updates, community feedback and, obviously, memes.
Job Summary
As a Global Social Coordinator, you will work with the Player Community team to uphold best practices, including player-first communication standards, support social media operational and admin efforts, roll-out projects, and coordinate with our regional social media teams to execute campaigns across various games. You will uphold the social media ecosystem, managing thoughtful content across multiple platforms.
You have experience building community through social media and implementing various social tactics. You will help support organizational goals, develop player-focused content, and support our international social teams to ensure content is localized and relevant to players in every region.
The Global Social Media Coordinator will report to the Global Head of Social Strategy on the Player Community team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Help execute social media content and channel strategy for various games
  • Lead social media operations and admin functions, including access to channels and software tools, new staff onboarding, and best practices documentation
  • Support social strategists with project organization, field international and cross-functional requests, oversee management of intake processes and policies
  • Help build a connection with existing players and potential new players, both with organic and paid strategies
  • Monitor and escalate social media discussions and platform issues

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience working in online communities social media, digital marketing, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with social media reporting and using tools such as Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Spiketrap and Sprout Social.
  • Experience with social media services around the world and have developed strategies unique to each (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp, Reddit, YouTube, Discord, and Twitch)

Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with games' IP and audiences
  • Familiarity with MOBAs, strategy games, and/or mobile gaming
