Henrys Towing Service is looking for dependable and professional Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Our drivers are the face of our company in the field. You'll respond to roadside assistance calls, transport disabled vehicles safely, and provide exceptional customer service to motorists who need help when it matters most.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong driving ability, mechanical awareness, and a calm, customer-focused approach to problem solving.


What You'll Do
  • Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbeds, to transport disabled or damaged vehicles

  • Respond to roadside assistance calls and emergency service requests

  • Provide professional, customer-focused service to motorists in stressful situations

  • Safely load and secure vehicles to prevent damage during transport

  • Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics to determine towing or service needs

  • Maintain accurate records of services, vehicle conditions, and incidents

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on assigned tow trucks

  • Communicate with dispatch regarding assignments, updates, and job completion

  • Follow all DOT, traffic safety, and company safety standards


What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • TWIC Card / DCJS

  • Valid DOT Medical Card

  • Experience operating tow trucks or flatbeds preferred
